It's modular, it comes without the light hoop or the side rails. You have to buy both of those items separately.

Looks like a solid product. I forwarded this link to a friend of mine who asked if we carried any racks.

The rack is already 70". On a XJ, there would be no need for an extension. The prototype was only 54" long.
