You'll need the bellhousing, clutch fork, and input bearing retainer off of an AX-15e to convert - then change the hydraulics out. Technically not difficult, you'll just have to find the damned parts (and when I have seen them, they're not terribly cheap. Almost cheaper to get a used AX-15e and overhaul it...)
