Well as for reaming the knuckle I've never done it but with the proper tools I can't imagine it would be too difficult and cutting the spring mount, its a very minimal portion that is removed and it isnt removed from the axle just the front portion of the spring bucket, so it wouldn't remove much if any of the support so it wouldn't be a problem...I highly recommend their steering. I've only heard good things about their products

I just went back to factory steering yesterday and trust me you don't want that steering upgrade. It was worse than the factory steering. The tie rod rolled forward and back which caused the steering wheel to be really really sloppy. even with new tie rod ends and ball joints it was hard to keep straight. If anything i would go with currie upgrade or JCR if i were you

That looks bad *** with the 36's...do you have any rubbing problems with them on a 6" lift...and are you still running the factory style steering on there...I'm considering going back to the factory style with an upgraded tie rod and lowing to 6" of lift and am curious so let me know how she rides.

Do you have any pics of your jeep on the 36's. I am curious to see how well they fit...and did/do you have any problems with tire rub

Your definitely going to need to do something about the stock steering and don't go with a block. you will get horrible axle wrap. You are going to want to go with 6.5" leafs and 2" boomerang shackles. Your most likely going to need new shocks all around too because the lift will max out your 6" lift shocks.
