    Hey,
I bore the bottom of the TB to match above the plate which is about 60mm. Since I only do the bottom to open it up and let it breath better, I can use the stock plate. I do have a 62mm I did, but you would have to make your own plate. After boring and cleaning, I glass bead them for a nice finish. I regrease the bearings and reassemble. I have a few in stock usually at most times....so I can ship most days of the week.
    thanks for your interest,
    Dennis...

If you send me an email address, Ive saved all the quotes from the guys on this forum about my TBs...and Ill shoot you over a copy.

    Hi,
I heard your the guy to go to for bored throttle bodies...I was looking to see what was size of bore, if you put in a new butterfly to go with it, and if you powdercoat, or sandblast? Also what is the usual turn around time(MA)? Thanks
