    Sounds like the problem is a loose power supply. That clicking noise is a relay that is not recieving battery voltage, more than likely it has a corroaded connection and is only getting half the voltage needed to energize. Check at the battery junction block(fuses) under the hood. There are two power leads that supply power to the junction block. One of them powers all the components that are giving you trouble. Look for loose or corroaded green connections. Let me know how you make out. I work 12 hour shifts on most days and I only get on the computer on early morning and around 9pm. Russell
