instead of trying to slide the pin out just cut off the top mount and weld the pin in place, then it works like a wrangler door.

i paid $50 a door at a junk yard for each, the paint was coming off or else they would have been 75, just check your local junk yard or look online for people parting out jeeps. whats the solution for making it easier?
