If you turn the key and nothing happens at all (Just complete silence?) then I would guess either Neutral Safety Switch (NSS). Try starting it in N (Neutral). If that fails starter motor.

Check the starter solenoid for power, try to give the starter a tap with a hammer while someone tries to start it. More info would help a lot..
