Welcome new members to the MJ section of Cherokee Forum.
Please introduce yourselves and let's see some pics of your Comanches.
Lots of great technical advice available here from some old farts who have been around the block with these trucks.

My brother and I have turned our MJ into a long term project...it's an 87 2wd, 4.0 5 speed. So far we have put a newer XJ front clip on it, Chrysler Lebaron hood vents, vent windows and removable doors. Next is a "new" complete drivetrain including a 4wd system. We bought an XJ from my cousin for $800 for the motor, 5 speed trans, 231 tcase, and axles. It's nothing spectacular but I think these are great looking little trucks

Welcome. Brother projects are fun. My brother and I restored an Alfa Romeo.
