not a crime, you can take as many public photos as you want. drive up an ask dude to join the forum, or just breeze by and snap the shot,
to my knowledge if your going to take photos of people, ya gotta have their consent to post their image, to my knowledge their is nothing about machinery giving consent.
id say go for it, and black out the plates.. and house numbers if it shows

Only saw it twice in that driveway and drove by today. He/she has moved. Sorry I tried. I was surprised to see it in "that" area anyway. Trust me though it looked bada$$. had to be 33s or 35s, flat style mud flaps and rooflights. sat way higher than my stock xj

Default Daphne!

Here is my new girl, just got her on the 7th. Named her Daphne and already took her on two trails... she's loving it (as am I!).

Y'all gotta look at it from a different perspective.. Most if not all of the new KL owners don't wheel like most of us. They take trails that most of us owning XJs just laugh at. We hit the trails hard and pray that it will make it out on its own power or that we aren't life flighted to the local hospital. My opinion on them is, I believe they are hideous.. But that's MY OPINION! I'm not bashing them or putting them down. If some of you like them, then welcome to the jeep family. And YES I can afford one if I wanted to. (To a previous post).

I would like to see more pics so keep them coming.

actually you are so wrong.. last night i took on Cutters Creek in Dickenson County Virginia. the trail is basically a quad/horse trail.. you can google earth the road name then follow the trail.. their are some big power lines on the trail so you can use them as a land mark.. and being an owner of a stock 96 4.0 ho XJ , i have to say that the new cherokee will go up better.. the lack of clearance does not matter. the skids and the ability for it to send power to the wheels makes up for it.. the lockers kick in when you bind up and launch you on up.. very impressive! and take note.. i got plenty of beauty marks on my KL now.. buhahahaha... and i was thinking kinda like you was.. until last night.. and i was thinking about trading it for a Rubicon.. until last night.. i dont need wrangler.. KL will do just fine.. if your close to Virginia/ Kentucky id be glad to wheel with ya.. Cutters Creek and the Trail at the end of the road are marked on Google Earth..

im going to have it checked out at a more competent dealership.
I am to the point where im leaning towards the Computer, and or that Grounding issue you spoke of more so that than anything.. .. and possibly not enough amps from the battery.. <theoretical thinking) .. its for sure a trickle effect.. just gotta find the source of it..
if i only had the proper stuff to trouble shoot it myself. .... ...

trail wasn't overly rough but real narrow with steep dropoffs. The pic is right before a 4wd pass near Mt. Evans in CO. 4wd heaven in this state!

Those CAN BUS systems are a real pain to trace shorts in.
