I have the 8.4 without nav. So, ya, I'm sure you could. It would mean dash replacement labor and the nav unit. Of course there are the buttons on the steering wheel and..... Hmmm... how much money do you have?

Comparing the dashboards between the sport and latitude look the same. I mean except for the bezel between the ra2 and ra4 installations. The mounting should be the same for a mass produced car and its my understanding the radio and gps attna are the same. what functionally would I loose from the steering wheel column?

Definitely not! You want to buy from a reputable source, such as oemautopartsco.com, so it's pre-programmed to your vehicle and is ready to plug-'n'-play, and if you need an anti-theft code, it's given to you so it's ready to use when you get it.
