Default 2014 Limited HVAC issues

I have had these two issues since new and the dealer says there is no problem. First of all, the heat and air blend doesn't seem to work. You can change the temp and it doesn't seem to change temperature unless you push it all the way down to low. Second, the airflow to the footwell is almost non-existent. I think a damper is not opening/closing because when you change the unit to floor, output, very little air comes out and the unit gets really noisy as if air is trying to escape the defrost vents. Like I said, the dealer says no problem, but this is the same dealer that swears there is no cabin air filter for it and I have purchase them online myself, so i'm not 100% confident in their assessment. Anyone else have similar issues?

I have made a post about the blend not working. My dealer has now had my 2015 Cherokee for 45+ days. They have replaced all HVAC sensors and now as of recent replaced the harness. Along with reflashing the modules several times. It appears to be a common problem as I have heard of others. But yes pressure your dealer it is an issue.

Chrysler STAR is handling my case and they told me that they have seen others, replaced the sensors and it fixed it. But not mine.....

Andrea,

As of 10am CST this morning STAR has FINALLY sent a tech to the dealership to look at the problem. Even after numerous requests from me and the dealership. So hopefully we will have some sort of answer soon. The level of customer service that STAR has provided is absolutely terrible. With the way we've been ignored and treated we've decided at the 60 day mark were going legal. I have been paying for a vehicle for a vehicle I am incapable of driving.
