New here, looking for my first XJ!
Hey everybody. Have been shadowing these forums for a bit trying to get information on my first Jeep purchase. Decided I'd sign up and get some real opinions. XJs in my area (Orlando, FL) are a bit up there in price and most have high miles. I've zoned in on the 99 models from what I've read. There's one in my area for $2300 with 203k miles. Claims it runs and drives great, don't believe there to be any rust, has an issue with one of the power door locks, minor things. I know it's hard to judge the things without seeing them but what do you guys think price wise? Should I try to beat him up over it with the miles?
Also have a buddy with a 98 XJ with 150k miles but the person he bought it from hit a tree on the driver front and bent up one side of the front bumper mount, to me this would be frame damage but not sure how important that area is. Bumper mounts up fine and all the panels were replaced so you could never actually tell from the outside. Front cosmetics aren't busted up either.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Hope to learn much from this site.

Finally found one. 99 with 149k miles. Runs great. Basic model so no power windows or locks but has power mirrors. Drove it 70 miles home no problems. $1750 when it was said and done.
