Talking New from upstate, NY

hey guys i just picked up a 2000 cherokee sport for a whole $600. problem is, the headgasket is blown. still runs pretty good though. i drove it about 10 miles to get it home and the temp stayed around 200. so hopefully i can get away with just putting a new head gasket in it.

the first couple things i want to put on her are new wheels/tires and a 3inch lift. i'm gonna go with the black soft 8's.

my question is; what tires do you guys recommend that have minimal road noise and perform well under any condition? i'm new to the off roading thing so any info would help. thanks

Welcome, from Wisconsin. I'm a big fan of Cooper ST's ( not too noisey for daily driver, Or the more agressive STT's ) For the price, I like them a lot.
