Default New to me XJ - New Jersey

Hello all! This is my 1st XJ and am pretty happy. She has a few of their typical problems but otherwise pretty solid. I'm in the 206/70 area

What I would like to do is drop it off at a shop like Diesel Brothers with a blank check and have them convert it to a diesel. Put it up on 37" MT's, lockers in front and back in Dana 44's or maybe 60's, Atlas transfer case, etc. But, the check would bounce and i would get locked up for fraud. So for now I'm thinking 33" MT's, snorkel, tunes, and some steering up grades. The 37s will have to wait. I'll get some more pics soon.
