new to jeeps and hello from SoCal!
Hi all,
I been a long time fan of Jeep Cherokees and I been wanting one for a very long time now. I've owned lots of small cars since I did a lot of track days. But then those days has died down and I had this urge to get out there and go trailing. I drove my sister's wrangler for a week that fueled me even more to getting into a jeep.
I picked up a 90 cherokee which had pretty nice mods in it. 6inch rubicon express spring lift with bilstein shocks. adjustable control arms, track bar, draglink and many more.
The car drives great minus the PS pump is slowly dying which I'm looking to replace and the biggest one that ruined my day last saturday... I developed a overheating problem. I noticed there's a small leak on one of the lines that goes from T stat to what i'm guessing heating core/reservoir. I understand these cars are closed loop system? So pretty much air bubble got in there and ruined my day.
Long story short, I want my jeep to get back on the road and I really want to start hitting some nice trails with my sister.
Here are some pics!
overheating and we had to get a tow T^T
