First off my name is Justin, I am from Colorado Springs CO. The Jeep is a 98 4 door, it currently is rocking a Rubicon express 3.5 inch (I believe pervious owners mother sold it to me, she didn't know anything about it) on 31 inch tires. For bumpers it has a custom winch mount bumper with shackles winch is a smitty built 9500, the rear is the jcr swing arm bumper. for odds and ends it has a gas tank skid and bushwhacker fender flairs

The plan: currently deployed to the middle east this is my 3rd tour. but im filling the garage with parts ordering the
-6.5 inch long arm from IRO
-33 KM2's
-roof rack
-rocker guards
-truss and tube the d30

The bad
-216000 miles
-over heats
-heater doesn't like to work
-power locks don't work

Welcome! I had the same issues on my 95. New radiator, water pump and fan and I'm better now. With 216k any of those three are the likely culprits. Avoid aluminum radiator replacements, loads of threads about problems. Also consider either a hood vent or hinge block. I use rockstar blocks and it runs cooler.

Oh yeah, you can get the power window lock modules all over eBay, 25-40 bucks. I bought a complete set of door panels that had the lock modules included to fix mine up a bit.

Shouldn't be a hard one when you get the good ideas here. How much did you paid for it?
