How to Post on CherokeeForum.com

No "new thread" displayed
Hi, I am having trouble in that there is no "new thread" display to click on except if I go to the intro section. I want to post a tech question and am unable to do so. Help? And yes, I am logged in.

Actually, that's not true. Here, I replied to an existing thread. Usually to post a new thread, there is an icon in the upper left corner that says "new thread". That was not happening, except when I went to the introductions section. I could not find a way to post a new thread in the tech section, or any other section. Today, however, it is now working ok.
