Hi I have a 96 jeep grand Cherokee laredo with the 318 (5.2 L). I have gone through and replaced the left upper and lower ball joints, steering knuckle, sway bar link on both left and right and both front wheel hubs. I have a rumble coming from the front end I checked the front and rear differential and transfer case levels and they are full I don't know what else it could be unless it's the cv drive axles. I also have an issue with the oil pressure gauge going up to 40 psi then it slowly drops to 20 psi once it hits 20 psi it drops down and the check gauges light comes on then it climbs back up to 40 psi it will keep doing it over and over I have replace the oil sending unit pcv valve oil and filter. I don't know what else it could be any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm thinking it might be an exhaust leak at the manifold on the right it really only does it when I push throttle down and speed up from 55 to 70 after I set the cruise it will stop but if I control the throttle it will go up and down
