Alright guys. I went with another shop who does laser cutting better, with slight revisions to the dimensions. I would say the first batch would be ready in couple of weeks.

I think I ll start taking in orders now, so I opened this thread up for public.

$40 plus shipping.

Couple pics...

Shot mine with red oxide primer and then coated it with some random red paint I had a little bit of left over from another project

Installed - I used a square washer and carriage bolt in the hole on the lip outside of the frame rail. Not really a big deal since it's easy to access that one and it doesn't sit there and spin because the washer is right against the rear header.

Needless to say, Neal put his usual badge of quality in these. Couldn't be happier and now I know whatever I decide to throw on the rear frame rails is gonna be secured perfectly. These things are BEEF!

What is the hump? It looks like stock is flat and Nate's setup is flat, but most I've seen have the hump.

Stock is not flat. Not sure what the hump is for, but this design, JCR's design, and Crown's design is all a replica of OEM.... with the exception of the rear-most nut that is extended outside of the frame rail for this setup.

Just finished up a batch. Painted half of them with primer. Haven't decided on color yet.

I was thinking $40 plus shipped for raw (unpainted) and $45 plus shipped for painted ones.

I'll take a set as well. Glad to see how far this project has come Wonders.

Hopefully it will educate companies like JCR what stout Jeep parts should look like...

Whooooaaaaa easy there, fella lol.... JCR does have really well put together products. Yeah, their nut strips aren't very impressive to myself and a lot of other members here, but no reason to start dissin' the quality of the company's entire line of products just because of one iffy product

I throw a nice right hook at JCR because they make everything else fairly decent. In fact i plan on buying their DIY rear bumper in the near future.

However, the fact they let that design become their standard, and still haven't changed it is a good reason.

Also, I had to buy these after JCRs spun on me 3 minutes into installation
