Yes, everything is in pairs. 2 tail lights, 2 clear side markers, and 2 clear parking lamps. Just to be clear since you are inquiring and I dont have a picture up yet, they arent the euro clear style. They are textured like the stock ones but clear. Like this:

The RMS and gasket are both sealed in package so I dont know for sure but I believe the RMS is a dual lip and the pan gasket is single piece according to a quick google images search.
The Slate Belt is in between Easton and Stroudsburg. Bout an hour or so north you, I have some friends down in Chalfont. 18013 is the zip.
