Basically I need 6 Carlinhos switch slots and the 12v port.

Yes, Just a small portion. If you look closely, I trimmed the bottom section a few centimeters. Then took a file and filed it smooth.

Nice. Is it at all possible to have the switches at a slight angle downward in the ash tray?

Like this?
I realize now it's impossible to tell that from the first picture.

If you want it, PM me.
Okay guys I have decided to put this one up in the store:

It turns out that it's not the holes that are too small, it's that the cheap $2 switches I bought are larger than the spec! And now that I know that I feel comfortable selling it with the caveat that dash trimming will probably still be required even with Contura V and X/XI/XII styles.

I'm supposed to get my test vehicle out of the shop today. If that ash tray pod fits like it should (and I have no reason to think it won't), it'll be up for sale by this evening.

BTW that's the maximum angle I could go without needing to cut the center console for clearance and you still can't read the labels easily. Someone on IG suggested installing the switches upside down so you can read the labels.

Looks good. Wish it could be angled a little more, but still not bad. What's the price going to be on these ones?

$50 for the one that takes OEM Switches: http://shpws.me/Ml6i
$45 for the one that takes Contura switches: http://shpws.me/Ml6t

I also put up a plain 100x50mm (roughly 4" x 2") 3 switch panel for $29: http://shpws.me/Ml6V

Here's a render of it. I ordered a copy for myself to test a future project:

And remember, all my stuff is included in Shapeways' 20% off sale that ends tonight!

About to order both. You don't happen to have a design that uses 6 switches and 1 dual USB port do you?
