WJ to XJ big brake swap parts
I have decided that since my rear disc brake conversions have been such a success I would start selling these as well.
You will get WJ knuckles, caliper mounts, calipers & brake pads (IF available: to be used as cores or on the Jeep).
It will be $240. For $120 I will send you a set of calipers for your WJ. This price include shipping.
I only sell Akebone calipers. The Teves calipers are know to warp rotors.
PM me or post any questions you may have.
I don't have a write up, it's been done multiple times. Google is your friend but here is Martin to help explain it some.

This will go great on your XJ, ZJ, or TJ if you have already converted to rear discs.

Pardon me, new here.
Tell me again how this works? Are you offering a junkyarding service and just happen to have a bunch of WJ's available local to you (but only pull from 03/04s for the akebono calipers?)
Do you pull ball joints/unit bearings as well? What about rotors? Do you have thoughts on building new rods (drag, track, tie rods) using the OEM tie rod ends? Just thinking about what all I'd be looking for if I pulled this myself. Obviously with used parts and consumables in particular some are good and some are junk.
Thanks in advance!

Welcome to Cherokee Forum.
You are correct. I am selling used WJ parts to be used on the XJ, ZJ, TJ, & the calipers can be swapped on a WJ if it is a 02 or older & came with the Teves calipers.
I don't offer used ball joints or rotors. Most people would rather buy those parts new.
The unit bearings would not work on any of the Jeeps listed other than the WJ.
I don't have a write up, tips or tricks but Google should help you out.
Good luck.

I may be interested in a set for my brothers Xj! This is a great price!
