2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ Sport. Little over 111,xxx miles on it with the oil changed every 5k with mobile 1 full synthetic high miles oil. all the maintenance is up to date and never will have an issue

replacement computer reflashed to my vin code done about 10k ago (original had a short)

and of course the thing you want to know, whats wrong with it:
rips in drivers side seat in the grey vinyl on bottom
radiator has a small leak ( have extra radiator to throw in to fix this problem)
oil pan gasket and rear main seal could use replacement ( this is about an hour job, I can give more details in person on the job) will be fixed by time of sale
transfer case needs a new tailshaft seal (about a 30 min job, more details can be given in person)
about a 4" diameter of chipped paint on the roof (painter said he would fix it for us)
