Unfortunetly I am moving to Florida and really can't take this with.
It is a 96 with a 4.0 only about 40k on the engine.
From front to back:
L and L fab front winch bumper and 12k badlands winch
Putco light harness with H4 upgrade light housings and Hella bulbs
IRO Track bar
IRO HD Steering
Steering box from durango and steering box brace from Rustys
6.5" Rough Country coil springs
Under hood
WJ Knuckle swap and big brakes
Brand new Unit bearings and brake lines all around
Front axle is Dana 30 with stock inner axles brand new 4.88 gears and lunchbox locker built by East Coast Gear Supply last year (Not even broke in yet)
B Lee offroad 3 link long arms just installed last summer no miles on it yet
Advanced adapters SYE and Tom woods custom shaft
Grand cherokee mint front seats with pepboys cargo covers
Ford 8.8 rear end with 4.88 gears an rebuilt LSD also bult by ECGS last year not broke in yet

The not so great:
Needs floor pan work. I have the floor pans and started but havn't had time to finish with kids and school.
Needs new headliner board. have fabric and glue no board though.
Needs new tires soon has enough to pass inspection probably. 33x12.5-15 on american racing 15x10 rims aluminum good condition need some polish.

Other than that ask questions. May be willing to part out if the axles go first as a pair. They are the biggest cost that were purchased and therefore probably half the value of the jeep.

I paid $3500 for them from ECGS. I am open to offers, they have literally less than a mile on them. Just in my yard moving it back and forth.

Man I thought you were in Michigan. My bad. Norfolk is a little far from me. Good luck selling though. That thing will be boss with some floor boards. Somebody is gonna get a good deal

How much for the rear axle? I already have 4.88 gears installed in my 8.25, in the event you would swap with me prior to sale?
