This Jeep in NJ is available to have QQ historic plates and is inspection exempt!
Positives:
Transmission recently rebuilt!
Valve cover gasket done
Mechanically perfect condition as this was mechanic owned. Previous owner had a lift in his garage!
Newer battery from NAPA.
Newer windshield put in
Runs and drives fine!
Solid floor and underbody
Nearly brand new ties
Negatives:
Needs radiator - obvious leak when running
Weather stripping is rotted and should be replaced on certain doors
Needs rear gate gas shocks
Rear bumper fell off and front bumper was replaced with wooden bumper due to accident w/ tree.
Clean title... VIN comes back 2 owners, no accidents and no issues.
Asking 1,200 obo

I am very interested in a Cherokee in this year and trim package.
However I would really like to see photos of this Jeep when it's dry.
Wetting down a car before photographs does not make for an honest representation of what the exterior and paint look like.
Technically it's two pieces of wood, broken up from what used to be one.

Wonder if he sold it yet? I AM looking for an XJ in this price range ...
Danny, I don't usually play with little boy games so I'm ignoring you.

It looks pretty good, but obviously better pictures of the full outside body would been needed to make a proper assessment.
I the person who buys this wants a spare back seat I have one to match this interior that I would like to get rid of.
