Yes it will. I have 5.5-6" of lift and it clears no problem. The variables to consider are end-link length and wheel/tire combo.
These are the best photos I have showing the setup when it was installed (I was not taking photos of the swaybar as you can probably tell). I have 15x8 Black Rocks on 33x12.5's. I got some rubbing on the arms near full-lock, but it was nothing that hindered me too much on asphalt.
The bar is 39.5" long and the arms are 10 1/8" center-to-center. The arms were cut to length in order to clear my track bar bracket. If you don't want the arms, I'll knock off $20 from asking price. I'm getting ready to post my XJ for sale, so I'm just trying to clear out the garage of extra parts.
