Default Just installed mine

Got mine from Allen's Offroad with a great discount for forum members and lightning fast shipping. It was a great kit to install no real problem during install other than broken upper shock bolts in the back. Just drilled those @&$}*% out!!
I chose not to install the transfer case drop. Instead I installed a hack and tap SYE from Iron Rock and bought a used front drive shaft to replace my old rear one. If you go this route I suggest ordering the jig to help drill the hole in the end of the shaft after you cut it.
Overall the lift looks great and I like the ride, better than the original ride.

Yes but zones quality is better than RC's. Typical RC problems: leaf springs are too short resulting in bad shackle angle, bushings on control arms go bad very quickly, and the tre goes bad quickly creating death wobble. Does this always happen? No. It happens a lot though. Then of course you will have the RC fanboys coming out and saying to stop saying bad things about RC because they have never had a problem with it. That's fine. But from my understanding ( and from the reviews in this thread) zones lift kits hold up much better than RCs kits.

i have the 4.5" aal kit and its legit. for the track bar it just has you drill a new hole for the mount. seems to be holding fine though.

I have the zone 3 inch aal and I would recommend it it rides great on the road and I've flexed it so far off-road that one coil was only staying in because of the bump stop and the other was compresses as far as it could go

Zone is a baby company of BDS Suspension and they def. make great stuff. Take that for what it is worth.
I've been running a full length AAL for about 5 years now and haven't had any issues.

Great reviews! I hate when people who have never ran zone before categorize them with RC just because they are in the cheaper end on the spectrum. From what I have heard and seen in the thread:

RC=cheap and crap
Zone= a little more expensive but still relatively cheap but good quality.
Thanks everyone for your reviews! I am sold on zone for a dd/weekend warrior!

Anyone know if Zone or Rustys offer a military discount? I'm on the fence and like the price of the Zone kits which include shocks...Thats my biggest downfall with many like RE, the kits are just as expensive and you still need shocks.

I'm running a Zone BB in the 96 and one of the AALs came stamped BDS so your getting better quality parts. I've have nothing but good things to say about the Zone kit and their nitro shocks ride well for the money.

I'm running a 3" zone AAL on mine, I had the upcountry, so the rear netted to ~4.5", so i threw some 2" spacers in the front. now I sit about 4.5" all around, little more in the front, but I'm very pleased overall.. I have the zone shocks that came with the kit, and I have no complaints about the ride.. I got lucky and had no sag in my leafs.. So I don't have any advice as far as saggy springs. But again, overall I'm very pleased with the kit as far as cost vs. performance!

Oops... never mind on the Rustys. They won't ship to an APO address.
