Default zone 3" lift w/ full leafs review

A little late but i finally installed my lift last saturday. Don't have many pictures due to my phone dying but ill post what I have. Over all I am very happy with the kit. Out of the box it looked very strong and sturdy. It took me and my bro about 10hrs to install. You guys are gonna hate me but none of my bolts broke lol. My rear leaf bolt on the shackle side was a pita to get out becasue the head side of the bolt didn't have clearance due to my hitch bracket. I went with some rc non adjustable lower control arms. They are ok but I'd recommend going with adjustables if you can afford it. Also I will need to get an adjustable track bar bcuz axle is slightly over to the drivers side causing my sway bar end link to rub the coils, nothing to crazy. Upon driving on the freeway I did get driveline vibes even with a tcase drop kit installed. I do plan on installing an sye after I save up a little. I think with a 2.5 degree shim it will temp cure the vibes. The overall ride is stiff but I prefer it that way. And it still needs to settle. I am happy with this kit overall. Sorry if I'm jumping all over the place but if you guys have any questions jut ask

Put the same kit on about 6 months ago and it is much softer now. Much more pleasant. I also needed a SYE to cure vibes. No problems with the kit here either. Congrats on not breaking the upper rear shock mount bolts!

Good to know it will get better! Post a pic I'd like to see the set up you have. As far as the bolts, wd-40 and a breaker bar did the trick.

I just helped my son install the Zone 4.5" kit last week end on his 98 Cherokke Classic with 07 Rubicon wheels 32" and 1.5" spacers/adapetrs for the new wheel bold pattern. So far everything has been great no vibrations or strange ride charactoristics. It took us @20 Hrs spending most of the time working all the old hardware loose but like you no broken bolts. Soaked them for two days with PB Baster before we started but it was still a struggle. Ended up drilling out the front center sterring sabilizer mount but the kit came with a new one. We found a set of XCR rock sliders and put them on tonight.

That sounds like an awesome build so far. You didn't have to install a adjustable track bar or sye/ tcase drop on? I actually have a set of Rubicon wheels but they need new tires. Considering selling them and buys something else. Not sure yet.

Looks awesome! Red has always been a favorite color of mine. I'm thinking of rhino lining the bottom half of the jeep and hitting the top with a desert tan color...any suggestions?

The kit had a 1" transfer case drop spacers and hardware and the track bar mount was moved 3/4" per the instructions but it is still stock. No SYE yet and so far so good.
