Engine: Supercharged 440 Magnum punched .60 - yeah right.. 4.0 like everyone else.
I have the same kit sitting in the garage waiting to go in. I had too many other issues to get done before I installed it.
I had to change both axle bushings, upper/lower ball joints, motor mounts... etc.
My front axle is out from under the vehicle, which I hope to have ready to go back in later this week.
The quality of the Zone lift is outstanding. I have read and heard that it is a BDS design/quality with lesser grade powder coating. So that's something to consider.
I'll get some pics eventually. I'm horrible at documenting my progress.
JR
PS... why the SYE? What year and TC do you have.

update
So i have had this kit on for about 5 months now. So id figured i give you my opinion thus far. I'm still sitting at 3in which is good but the ride is extremely rough. I know its a jeep but it is just all over the road. I figired it was other components such as rod ends u joints etc but after replacing all rod ends ujoints adjustable track bar. Zj tie rod. Extend sway bar end links. The jeep is not stiff or stable at all. I can feel every single bump on and off road. And I don't beat it since its my Dd I'm just lost on what else I can do besides upgrading shocks to smooth out my ride and make it enjoyable to drive. With that said I'm considering selling the lift maybe someone with heavier bumpers might weigh down and smooth out the ride. Just my 2 cents.

I just bought a 98 with the same lift but, with RE mono tubes (close to a 5100) and HDO relocation boxes. It rides a million times better and still has stock control arms

I've got the same zone kit, it's been on for about 18 months or so and still rides like a dump truck. I'll be getting relocation brackets and new shocks hopefully after the holidays.

2 years here though I started with AAL. Went to a bastard pack and HDO relocation brackets, spacer in the front and RR CAD brackets. It handled much better but still rode like crap. Replaced the nitro shocks with cheap monroe gas matics for a TJ and S10 and it now rides noticeably better. Without a good amount of weight the spring rates are just too stiff. Soft shocks can compensate to a degree. You really need a balance between spring rate and dampening. I intend to switch to some Rusty's 150# coils to try the other end of the spectrum. How it rides is all subjective but Ive seen others agree that Zone is at the harsh end of the ride scale.

Well in glad to hear that I'm not the only one. I do think that zone is a really good quality. But maybe poorly designed. Ill maybe attempt to upgrade shocks even though they have only been on for 4 months and order the relocation bracket.

Flame away but I wouldn't know which to choose. Zone or rc. I have installed a ton of both. On jeeps. Although I must admit 5 times more the amount of rc compared to zone.

I install them and the parts seem similar. The rc shocks from tons of warranties i know are junk. Mainly cheap chrome that rusts easily and ruins the seals. Of course we sell more rc than anything. So you naturally will get more returns.
