I still wouldn't use say splitfire as an example. The shrouding caused by multiple electrodes blocks the spark. An old racers trick to get more HP is to index your plugs. Only works with single electrode like yours. You can buy indexing kits. Basically you mark on the insulator where the front of the opening of the electrode is, you screw in the plug and use washers until you get that opening facing the middle of the combustion chamber. Good for a little power, better response, and lower emissions due to a more complete burn.
