15.5 uppers and 16.25 lowers not 16.75. a 1.25 difference between the uppers and lowers are to extreme for the 4.5 lift as well as to long. This is not an issue of the trac bar not fitting an XJ this is a simple adjustablilty issue. I know its not the funniest thing to do but the best way for proper fitment is little adjustments at a time until all things line out, thats the main advantage with adj arms.
The thing is, if the axle side of the track bar is too far back, how would moving the axle back in the vehicle help correct the binding? That goes against all logic. That's like saying that you have an underbite so to fix the problem you should stick your jaw further out, it just makes things worse.
As far as the "C" being tilted back, it's an optical illusion due to the angle the pictures were taken at. If you're there looking at it in person it looks fine.
Like I said, I'm open to suggestions and I know it won't be PERFECT upon first install, but I never expected it to be this far off. My confidence in this lift is much lower than it was when I started this project since I've already had to get parts replaced because they were drastically out of spec. RC did a great job taking care of me on that one but there's only so long you can go without your DD.

those measurements are starting points. you may have to adjust them further to make it all work. i bought them and have them on now and had to adjust them past the starting point.
it is very frustrating, but dont get to frustrated or you wont think rationally. keep a level head and good luck
also you could trim the mount just a tad and you would clear it just fine, but that's up to you.

I will post up the pics of the track bar and grab one of the pinion angle as well when I get home. Still at work and won't be home for the next 3 to four hours.

Ok, so after some more time looking at this myself I had my mechanic look at this as well to see what his thoughts were. Went through shortening the arms up and that made no difference whatsoever. Examined things a bit and came to the conclusion that I was heavily leaning towards: the track bar is not the right part.
With the control arms set at EXACTLY the same length as the original pictures I posted, the factory track bar does not bind at all and is perfectly centered in the bracket; obviously it's a bit short because of the added height but it doesn't bind at all.
I simply do not see how this can be the right part, see pics below.
I will be contacting RC on Monday as I'm sure they're closed weekends but I figured the thread update should happen as well.
RC track bar on the left, stock on the right
Shown with angles drawn out - Clearly not the same line as the factory track bar and why it is binding
RC track bar in front, stock behind
Stock track bar lined up (again, short on length, but right on with the angle)

also what year is ur jeep. not that it matters, just for refference.

Part number on the box is 7572 and the number on the bar (label in the first set of pictures) is 94003240.
There is definitely something wrong here, it's not designed properly to fit the jeep. If someone wants to tell me it's right when it binds and the factory one fits just like it should then they're on something good lol.
I'm not drilling any holes to make this work with the stock bar, I'll go buy another track bar before I start doing that stuff. I'm not one to cut corners, I'd rather do it right. I'll see if I can get a hold of someone at RC today but I've been dealing mostly with Jason here on the forums (grimus99xj) so I'll likely be waiting until Monday to deal with him on this.
