I've been battling this to with a WJ. Seems I have tried everything as well. I must be missing something. Looking forward to seeing how/what you do, that I might have overlooked.

So death wobble came back after a 100 mile trip after I replaced the uca bushings.
So I got adjustable ucas and set my caster to 5.5°. Also finished my one ton otk from ruff stuff.
Death wobble is worse than ever, can't get it above 40 without all hell breaking loose.
Got me stumped....any input, guys?

Thanks for the compassion man!
Did a Garage alignment with a tape measure. About 1/8 to 1/16th toe in. Gonna check it again though cause I'm just gonna go through everything once more.
Anybody ever have balancing beads cause death wobble? Only thing I can really think of

Yeah properly balanced tires can make a big difference. Mine are now 'tolerable' after I had another discount tire location rebalance them. The location I tried before did such a poor job that the tires were off by over an ounce.

That said, you might want to double check all of your steering components again. It sounds like you have an issue that's exacerbated by bad tire balance. Dunno what it could be, but my suspicion is something else is still worn out.

Seems that the only thing was the tire balance. Checked all the control arm bushings, checked and adjusted caster, New steering box(tiny bit of play still
My one ton steering has like 400 miles on it, checked track bar bracket and it's tight, checked bushings and they are tight, new spricer ball joints, New 760x u joints, New unit hubs, hell I even checked and replaced the shock bushings and tightened the coil spring retainers.
Still wobbled after that so I took it to discount and it fixed it.
Only thing was they aired my 35s up to 40 psi, so I brought it down to 30 and now i get that nervous feeling around 50mph...
Not happy with the road performance of the km2s. I'll be getting kevlars next.
The tire tech at discount said there boss was in every 2 weeks for a balance with his km2s

Check your track bar. Is the length exactly correct for your lift? Have you checked your lift to see if the inches advertised were what you got?

Also, I had adeath wobble, removed my front drive shaft and found that the drive was smoother. Finding a good company to balance that drive shaft could be your answer. Good luck!

Good things never last, do they? Death wobble on the way home from work. right at around 45mph I get this shimmy in the front tires(more noticeable now they are at 30psi instead of 40)
So this time I lightly held on to the wheel and held it at the shimmy speed. It progressively got worse in about the course of 15 seconds and turned to full blown death wobble.

Found slop in my unit bearings.
Replaced with high quality skf unit bearings. Still getting death wobble...worse and worse every time I drive it.
Ordered over the axle track bar mounts and heims to make my track bar. Praying this fixes it once and for all...

I had a shimmy that came around only at certain speeds and kinda varied. So I thought I just had the infamous death wobble. I took it to the tire shop hoping it was just tires out of balance, and they checked my rims and they were vary slightly warped.... Got new rims rides great now. Have you checked your rims? Not saying that's it just a easy thing to check

Angles are bout perfect.
Annnnddd still death wobbles like hell...
So one more last ditch effort to balance the tires at road psi(24 for my 35s) if it stilll death wobbles the jeeps getting parked.

Still death wobbles. There's nothing more I can do to this jeep, it's parked unless I'm trailering it to an ohv park

I would look closely at your track bar. I don't care if it's fairly new. There should be no movement.

I set my toe out 1/8" and castor is so much that the pinion is slightly angled down. Went from crazy DW to no trace. I have probably fixed death wobble on 25 jeeps. The majority of the time it's these three things.
