Default lokka lockers

So I found these Lokka lockers. They are super cheep and they look like spartan or lock rite lockers. So has anyone used them?

Not at all a Spartan, less parts, less quality steel, and different Gear & pin/spring design.

Very similar to a Aussie.
Might be an aussie.

Not a lockrite.

The price tag is tempting, but at the same time the price tag scares me. If they can make them that cheap I can't believe you are getting as quality a unit as say a spartan or lock-right.

If it breaks, it can also damage other components, which in the long run will cost me more money. Interesting, but i'm not going to be a guinea pig.

They've been around a few years, I used to wheel with a lot of Nissan guys and that's where I first heard of them. No first hand experience though.

What is the history of LOKKA?
LOKKA
has been manufactured in Australia since the late 1990’s and has been sold globally under its own brand name or re-branded for local resellers.
From 2003 to 2012 it was best known in North America under the brand name Aussie Locker™*

It seems a lot of the Aussie's are now made in the USA.

Is there a reason?

I live in rochester ny where aussie has a manufacturing plant . The rep for aussie often frequents the local club events. If anyone is interested in the actuality of this being an aussie ill def shoot him an email or call and ask about this. If its the same product but manufactured in australlia ill see if he knows specs as far as materials used. If any one else has questions post em up and ill get them to him for answers. Hoping this is a good find for all of us as. A

With prices as cheap as they're offering I'd certainly be curious if he knows. It'd be awesome if you could send off an email to the guy.

If you'll be putting them in your D35 then they should be right on par.
