Default HID Headlight Kit

Would there be any interest in a complete HID kit for the cherokee 7x6 headlights that would be affordable? We would pretty much be selling high quality retrofitted housings ready to plug and play for a cherokee application.

Kit would include:
7x6 GLASS lense housing with 2.5" projector housing retrofit
HID Bulbs
AC Digital Ballasts
High/Relay and harness

Just throwing some ideas around for this project. Let me know your thoughts.

You might want to post your estimated price tag.

How would this be any different then if I went and bought the stuff myself?

You wouldn't have to guess as to what parts worked with which housings, we would have already done the R and D.

All the work to retrofit the housings would already be done for you professionally so all you would have to do is install.

Since we are a dealer we would get price cuts on components that will most likely make the complete kit cheaper than if you sourced parts individually yourself.

My buddy used to do retrofits as a side job. He charged $400 for a pair IIRC

You must be talking about a standard H4 housing with a HID bulb.... Many do this mod and it is very dangerous and illegal. You need a specific projector housing that offers a low beam and high beam solenoid cut off that will protect oncoming drivers on the road from being blinded.

I'd be up for housings, but I'm of the opinion that everyone should just say no to HIDs. The last thing I want is more ricer jeeps on the road.

I would be a buyer at that price if the quality is there.
