Make some tube doors and cover it in fabric, Im sure you could do it for cheap.

why buy when you can build?

I have in the works to make something like that. Who knows when I will get to it hopefully with in a month. I have some other work to do to get ready for some runs. But when I get it dune I will post it up and if it works out like a plane you should be able have a local do them up. I have never seen any for sale and that's what makes me want them. And tube doors in the winter would suck almost as much as taking doors on and off. I will try to PM you when they are done but feel free to ask me to keep it in my mind.

That would be sick for an xj...if you don't know how to do something, surround yourself with people who do, have them show you and learn it. You could probably make a good chunk of change if you were to market something like that.....keep that in mind after you get them fabbed....

About two weeks ago I was out at Atlantic Beach, NC and went out to Fort Macon. There is a Coast Guard station there and in the parking lot I saw a Cherokee with full front soft doors. I'm heading out that way again tomorrow and if it is out there, I'll stop and take a picture for you. Maybe that can help you gain some ideas
