Rusty's and I've landed on it on rocks and a little rattle can and it was good as new. Get a buddy to help put it on though cause they are heavy.

Did you ever have a receiver on there with it? Been reading a lot of fitment problems with hitches.

JCR, good price, doesn't bend, easy to mount, nice people to work with.

I have a ZJ skid on my XJ.

Re-drilled it & it works fine.

I have the jcr skid on my Xj is pure beef. I've came off a few ledges and had it come down on a boulder all it did was just scratch it. It has taken plenty of hard hits IMO this is the best investment to date aside my rigidco sliders.

Sorry this is one of the only pics you can see the skid in.

No particular one. Just look under them all.

Yeah, i think I've narrowed it down to either the Jcr or Rustys. But Jcr is more expensive and comes bare. But Rustys might not work with a hitch from what i'm hearing.

I got mine off a loaded zj. 20 dollars for it at the jy. Its a lot easier to find a gas skid on a zj than an xj.
