My Ait temp was 175 at the end of this run. I don't normally drive like this, what I've found with the AIT reading charge air temps it does not advance the timing quite as far in WOT so I can run mid grade gas, and it is leaner in boost, but I get much better hwy gas mileage in and out of low boost. I also had a weld crack on my header down pipe and welded it back up about an hour before this run, I didn't reset the computer so it may have not yet had time to relearn the correct fuel trims. I noticed in the video the AFR was all over the place, in the past it hasn't been doing that.
From what I have heard, there is a possibility for different stages of kits in the future, used or refurbished superchargers and a custom 7th injector fuel controller may be offered in the future as add ons. Kits should be ready to ship around the 15th of this month.
Here is a breakdown of costs of my build.
"kit" $1000
Brand New M62 $300
Junkyard hood $20
Hood paint by maco $200
Diffrent throttle bracket ebay $20
Misc hoses and vac lines $50
Boost guage $30
New gadorback belt $30
Wideband 02 sensor and guage $150
I already had OBD2 monitor, larger injectors, ported TB, header and exhaust.
I also replaced motor and trans mounts to accomodate higher TQ.

How much contact is there with the power steering pulley? Im running an underdrive pulley on the power steering to bump up the pressure as well as running 37" tires. Wanting to pick up the supercharger kit but I was a little worried about belt slippage on the trail when Im in the rocks.

The kit is really intended for stock 4.0. Any deviations from stock are on the owner.
As far as the smaller PS pulley- It probably will work, but this is a DIY kit.

Renix? possibly. It is a DIY hardware only kit. User is responsible for tuning and install. Would there be possible small hiccups?- probably, would a FIC or 7th injector work for fueling under boost?-probably but the electronics is not included. Tuning of some sort is a must.
Trade up to a newer XJ.

If you can weld and really want an m90 on your Jeep, you could copy what this guy did. Or keep an eye on what Talyn is doing over on NAXJA.
