Short answer; no.

Long(er) answer; If you do not like the ride quality and/or flex, yes.

4.5" is questionable. Im at 6.5 and it rides crappy and limits droop. I think 4.5 is fine but anything more you need them. so on to my next point... um, if your not gonna use em, pm me and Ill buy them from you

if your going to use stock arms i would use them it will keep you front axle at or as close to factory angle

i already installed my RC 4.5 kit. it came with bent/longer lower control arms. i kept the uppers stock. the ride quality is not horrible but i dont mind a stiff ride. haven't had a chance to wheel it yet, but thinking i probably wont need the drop bracket will I??

exactly. I believe you should have arms anyway if your gonna wheel it. you WILL need to correct the front end geometry, so either longer arms or the brackets, or both. but at least one

lower arms that are longer than the OE ones - adjustable LCA's are the probably the best way to do this without going to a long arm setup. Adjustable LCA's will allow you to "fine tune" the location of the front axle and make sure it's exactly centered.

Which 4.5 kit did you purchase? Are the control arms adjustable or set length?
