No no, i had to unbolt my T case X-member last year for other reasons and snapped a seized bolt in the chassis. Twas a mega hassle to get out, but removing the X-member is no problem now. Removal of the studs for the sake of replacement with longer ones (for installing the TC drop kit) is another story though. Those studs are probably super frozen into the chassis body and likely will snap upon removal.

I had issues with driveline vibes after installing my lift. SYE fixed it. Easy to do with the case in the jeep, especially a lifted one. Lots of room. Good videos on Youtube to show you how it goes together (out of the jeep).
