drove it on my normal commute to the office (highway avge 50-70mph) hit a few bumps, no death wobble and it seemed to be fine. I will buy an adjustable track bar when i get the funds. Oh, and there was already an extra hole drilled on the axle side for the track bar, I am not using that hole as it apparently had wallowed out (replacement axle from XJ doner).

For reasons I don't know, Dana and/or Jeep used some ridiculously soft steel on most of the axle brackets on these things. They will start showing signs of any misalignment or deflection in a hurry (they also are about as good as margarine at taking decent threads).
It is not an "end of the world" issue, but one that requires a little extra vigilance to watch for. If it does get a little oblong, you can drill the holes out and put in a flanged bushing to restore it back to spec or just weld a washer on each side.
