cant cure death wobble
I know there are a lot of death wobble threads out there but I have done tons of reading and tried many things to cure my death wobble but can't get rid of it. I put in a 4.5 inch rc lift a couple years ago and I have had death wobble ever since but it was tolerable until I could fix it. I recently put in a new front and rear end out of another jeep and my death wobble got worse. Before I could still drive it but now I need to get it fixed. Here's what I have done to try and fix it:
Self alignment for now to get it close
Rustys adjustable track bar with brace
Rustys steering upgrade with new tie rod ends
Rotated tires
Checked tire pressure
Ball joints and wheel bearings seem tight
After all of this I am getting really frustrated. Each thing seemed to make it better and after I got the new steering in it was gone completely for a couple of short drives but then it randomly came back. Any suggestions on what I should do now?

btt: Check your bushings on the control arms. And axle get it professionally aligned. Also check the rustys parts I've have several pieces of their **** fail on me. In a short period of time. Also check the hubs. , trackbar mounts.

I had a rusty's tie rod fail within a month. Keep the jeep on the ground lay in front of the truck and have them wiggle the steering wheel back and forth, should be able to find the culprit then

Definitely check track bar hole on passenger side. Make sure tires have been properly balanced too! Unbalanced tires will throw everything off and it's cheap, another thing to mark off the list. Then look into your lca's

I forgot to mention I welded in a new piece of metal to fix the track bar hole beef it up. Also my tires were balanced not too long ago and the weights look like they are all still there

have the alignment done, the castor is most likely too negative after installing the 4.5 inch lift. Stock arms?
And if somebody says to replaced the steering stabilizer, I will smack them.

No the lift came with new arms that are 16.5 inches long and I read somewhere that that is what they should be for a 4.5 inch lift

get yourself some control arm drop brackets or long arms.
you could also try a coil over stabilizer. i know it masks the problem, but it might just get you going again till you replace all your junk.
it worked for me, now i don't run one at all.

I would double check all steering components (except stabalizer), by leaving the truck on the ground and having someone shake the wheel, if the track bar, or any tie rod is loose you will see it. Then double check your ball joints.

Won't control arm drop brackets change my castor...or does it not matter because an alignment will fix it
