Default Bushing replacement

I'm replacing bushings today. Do I need to jack it up to do the front control arms or not? 4.5" lift.

Support it and whatever you do, only do 1 side at a time or you'll create a lot more unnecessary work for yourself.

My apologies, I misread that.

I would recommend you jack it up and use a floor jack to support the axle. It will probably move very slightly when you remove the arm. A floor jack gives you the ability to move it around some. As I stated, only do 1 at a time though.

Found this. He didn't jack his up. (Mine was on a lift with tires removed). It gives you a pretty good idea of what to expect when you replace them.
