looking to get in touch with aussie rep i have a d30 hp that i am installing and the pin to spacer gap is .008 my problem is the gap where the springs are is like a 1/4 inch , new case and 456 gears (installed 3/12) with under 100 miles on gears . I,m missing something but i cant see what that is ... Any thoughts would be helpful . thanks

Steve your pic looks like the cam gears are not engaged and the po's pic they are. That would add a bit more gap if they were engaged. I don't know though, just an observation. Where's our Assuie vender ?

Yes, that is why the gap looks a bit smaller, figured it was still a good reference.

I didn't do all the measurements, I put it in I'd figure it would work or it wouldn't. mine worked so I left it alone. Probably not recommended

Not confirming the gaps voids the two year warranty.

Why would they say that? I do not have any driving issues with the rear locked. Daily driver. I cannot do an auto-locker up front because I use 4 Full-Time regularly. Will need a selectable locker.
