Thanks for the idea. I think I'm going to run with it and try a bt relay pack to control lockers, light bar, and air compressor.

Ok I have a question, you say that you use the tablet to play your music off of Pandora. Is the tablet just playing thru its own speakers or do you somehow have it hooked up to your vehicle speakers?
Very good work and clean install by the way!

Much appreciated squidd, I once had the tablet running from headphone out to an xd7005 amp from jl. It had a potentiameter in line to control volume. Wasn't happy with audio quality so I've since then switched to using a radio. Behind the tablet I have a Sony bt radio. I can control the master volume with the jl specific ****. I can fully control the radio including time alignment and sub volume via the Sony app remote. I never need to see the radio itself. Below the **** is a button which triggers any voice activation features.

There are tons of bluetooh controlled relay systems out there. I could totally see that working. The only tough one would be the vacuum lines. That could work off a servo motor.
Thanks for the idea. I think I'm going to run with it and try a bt relay pack to control lockers, light bar, and air compressor.

As far as some basic diagnostics he could try an OBDII bluetooth adapter and the torque app. The idea behind it is awesome. Don't know of anyone that has it so can't say if it works.
