It will simply be used to just get more clearence for riding on trails where I hunt that are pretty moderate trails that i could drive on now, but would just like more clearance. Its my Daily Driver so i dont want it to be a kit that will ruin my experience as a DD. I'm relatively new the the Jeep Life and would love to start my journey and start my XJ Project. I was looking at the Rough Country 630n2 kit, but ive heard a lot of good stuff about rough country products, and a lot of bad things too. So I;m on the fence with RC, but dont know any other brands. Any reccomendations on kits would be appreciated! I currently run 15x7 wheels with 235/75r15 tires but plan on getting 15x8 wheels with 31x10.50 wheels after getting the lift. Thanks all!!!!!!!
Decent quality, has everything your looking for, 10x better than rough junk country is the Zone Offroad 3" lift kit.

After looking a the zone lift you recommend, I really really like the look of it and i think it would work great. Ive heard nothing but good things from zone and Im glad you showed me this kit, thank you!!! I'll need to get some stainless steel braided brake lines as well... Can't run the risk of running stock ones when i have 176,000 miles on my XJ.

YJ brake lines are similar to stock and much cheaper - just longer. There's a place for the nice braided types but they're far from the only option.

Dorman p/n #H38620/H38621 front brake lines from a Chevy 1500 fit a lifted XJ and are good for up to 6" of lift or so as well.

To futher give you the warm fuzzies about the Zone lift... they're made by BDS suspension.

You're welcome.

x2 on this. I'm running YJ lines front and rear. They work great and didn't cost much at all.... AC Delco brand too... not the Valucrap stuff from Autozone.

I think an appropriate answer would be.... full hydro! No need to worry about the pitman arm then.
