Default Can I swap over my SYE?
89 4.0 with AW4 and 242 with an SYE, tranny is smoked. I have two options, a 93 AW4 with a 231, and or an AX15 with a 231 (more work but more fun). I realize that my AW4 is 21 spline and all my donors are not, questions is can I swap my SYE over to one of these cases? Actually im not even sure if its an H&T or the full deal SYE so heres a Pic

I don't know what kind of SYE that is either. But either way, yes you can swap it.

Your correct 91 and up 23 spline . Spline count has nothing to do with ds output.
