I don't think that 1" difference will be significant enough to worry. But I understand where you are coming from. My mentality typically is overbuild and not worry. So this is out of my usual mentality.

where you getting that info? Just sold a pair on Monday of the 37 km2 and they measured real close to a true 37 inch tire. Freaking behemoth of a tire, and freaking heavy hahah

On our distributors site they are listed at 36.8 on one and 36.7 on a couple others. Dude had a full blown crawler type rig and we measured at like, shoot man probably around15 psi and they were 36.5inches. Put 30 psi and they probably would have been 36.7 as listed

Hmm interesting. In that case I'll look for a tire that runs a true 35" on 15s I think.

What a price difference too. Going to get 3.75bs wheels and see how my 1.25" spacers will make them look when the time comes.

You'll definitely need to beef up your axles to run 37's for wheeling. 35's are pushing the max on the factory gear at least in my opinion. I'll let you know when I get mine together and start breaking chit.
Just remember, you'll have the same under axle clearance with a dana 30 on 35's as you would with tons on 40's. Obviously bigger tires have their benefits, but those benefits come with a substantial investment.

I'm really liking the Cooper STT Pros. They look to run close to true size. I've never ridden in a Jeep that had MTRs that ran smooth, all felt like squares and that ranged from 255s-35s. They run true but not a fan of the on road ride.

A 15x8" wheel with that 3.75" of BS is the correct amount to run, spacers are NOT NEEDED at all or should be used. Here is mine with that wheel and a 33x12:50x15" tire.
