Just found a cool article: http://www.popularmechanics.com/cars...-trunk#slide-1
There are cheaper options for the products they list. Not everyone has a $100 for a leatherman, but you can get a cheap one for like $10. I have that power flare, it works good.

Then again my Leatherman Tool that I've had for 30+ yrs. and abused much of its life is still in great shape. I carry it on my belt behind my .45/holster everyday. I have another Leatherman that is made for people who use AR-15 style rifles special tools just for them, very handy indeed.

"No Weapons" what a deal and right here in the heart of the Ozarks. Heck just tell those pin heads that its a pair of pliers and a screwdriver
This "PC" crap has been pushed beyond its limits in about every way possible thanks to the powers that be, hopefully not to soon to be.

I don't do outdoors stuff, or offroad, but I'm a bit weird.
Okay, a lot weird.
I've got a big, 'fancy' [it extends and rotates] ice scraper/snow brush combo, a few sets of tools, and this weird cheap 'box' from IKEA--it's what I had on hand--with my emergency fluids. Oil, ATF, coolant, windshield washer fluid. Even some differential fluid, and a bottle of fluid for my jack.
Also, a vehicle fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Because I feel like I should be prepared for all sorts of catastrophes.

I'm seriously looking for a new job already and my first day is tomorrow.
Anyway, some good things to keep in a Jeep would be baby wipes and toilet paper. Never wanna be without TP around.
