Welded in a couple bars to help keep the kiddo protected. That seat isn't folding in half anymore...

Default roof rack blues

Removed over 100 pounds of roof rack and its contents. Major difference, reduced noise, better highway cruise, better highway power, handles cross-wind better, slightly different 'feel' when driving.

Once again I did nothing but look at it Transfer case is rebuilt and ready to go back in, and has been for a week now, but I am still waiting for the oil slinger/dust shield that i ordered 12 days ago. Finally got a tracking number for the order late Friday, but it wasn't working till this afternoon. Now that I can track the package I was able to see that it has gone further away from me thanks to a miss sort

Look like it will be sitting for yet another week while waiting for a $5 part. I miss driving my XJ

Stayed after work for a bit and put in new upper control arms, probably do the lowers tomorrow.

Front end is getting close to being wrapped up!

The lowers, hubs, u-joints, and ball joints, and that's it for the steering/suspension, everything south of the steering box will be new.

Then, new brakes...
