What did you do to your Cherokee today?
Beach Bum
Yee Haw!
Jumped it 46 times on 'camel humps' at low tide (Like whoops but a longer frequency).
23 in a row down the beach and 23 back.
Needless to say, I was laughing and grinning ear to ear. This is how I entertain myself, along with XJ laps on a closed go-kart track.
picture for reference from a previous run/jump down the beach.

Slaughter house
I'd love to try Slaughter House in the snow. I have wheeled it several times. I like to test out my XJ there after up-grades (no surprises!). I just know that without a winch climbing back out would be crazy hard or even imposable in that much snow. When a friend and I went wheeling in some snow it was on Mt. Herman and that was short burst of up and down like a roller coaster ride. Not a steep long up hill like slaughter house is. I bet there was some pucker moments going down hill too!
I'm game on the weekends as long as the snow isn't flying. (I clear about 12 walks and driveways a storm) and I am hoping I get a wench for X-Mas. If not I am saving my pennies for one right after.

Rotated tires, changed valve cover gasket, snapped valve cover bolt, spun into a vortex or misery and woe, used needle nose pliers to get bolt out, replace PCV elbows and gromets

Went to do the oil pan gasket and rear main. Everything was fine until I got the new seal practically in and then it got hung up and I got mad, applied more force and ruined it.
Called it a night. Going to pick up some degreaser and about 3 seals tomorrow to finish the job.
Holy found a ton of play in my timing chain.

Still trying to get the rust off my front bumper for the second day. Wire brush, scotch pad and naval jelly just isn't getting it done. Maybe it's the cold temperature. I'll work on it tomorrow for the last day, then no matter how much rust is left, it's getting POR15 and paint.
